                  近日，中共上海市委、上海市人民政府印发《上海市加快推进新型工业化的实施方案》。《方案》提出要推进绿色化转型，实施绿色低碳供应链升级计划，支持建设零碳工厂和零碳园区。培育50家绿色供应链“链主”企业、20家绿色技术供应商、30家专业评估认证机构。建设碳足迹背景数据库和工业碳管理公共平台，建立产品碳足迹核算方法和评价认证体系，发布绿色低碳技术产品目录。鼓励企业对接国际规则开发绿色产品，开展环境、社会和公司治理（ESG）评价，支持将产品碳足迹核算作为绿色金融服务的重要采信依据。
                  深圳市市监局：公开征求《金融机构碳中和实施指南》等6项地方标准意见
                  6月21日，深圳市市场监督管理局公开征求《金融机构碳中和实施指南》等6项地方标准意见，其中《金融机构碳中和实施指南》（征求意见稿）参考国际和国内有关碳中和标准文件，结合金融机构业务特点和深圳市地方特色，规定了金融机构开展碳中和行动的主要步骤、实施要求及操作指引。
                  河北省张家口市人民政府：印发《国家碳达峰试点（张家口）实施方案》
                  6月28日，张家口市人民政府印发国家碳达峰试点（张家口）实施方案。《方案》将推动大数据、现代冰雪、汽车等重点行业绿色低碳发展作为主要任务，并在政策创新中提出探索重点产品碳足迹管理，探索建立本市重点产品碳足迹管理机制和碳排放因子数据库，探索将绿电溯源纳入产品碳足迹管理，为企业开展产品碳足迹核算提供公共服务。落实国家产品碳标识认证制度要求，探索开展碳足迹管理相关工作，鼓励企业按照市场化原则自愿开展产品碳标识认证，引导其在产品或包装物、广告等位置标注和使用碳标识。

                  6月25日，天津市工业和信息化局发布《市工业和信息化局关于组织开展“零碳”工厂试点工作的通知》。《通知》指出，将充分利用现有资金政策，支持企业开展“零碳”工厂建设，鼓励有条件的区对符合要求的企业予以政策支持。拓宽绿色制造融资渠道，创新金融产品，充分利用绿色金融、绿色信贷等手段，助力行业绿色低碳发展。鼓励绿色工厂进一步深挖节能降碳潜力，开展“零碳”工厂试点工作。

                  6月22日，宿州市人民政府印发《宿州市推动大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换行实施方案》。《方案》指出，要推动产品技术标准提升。建立健全碳标签、碳标识等标准体系，大力推进绿色认证、高端认证；强化消费品以旧换新财政支持，进一步完善政府绿色采购政策，加大对符合政策要求的高效节能产品设备、再生资源产品的政府采购支持力度，优先采购提供新能源汽车的租赁服务。鼓励国有企业加强绿色产品采购。
                  山东省烟台市发改委：发布《关于申报烟台市2024年度碳达峰碳中和专项资金的通知》
                  6月24日，烟台市发展和改革委员会发布《关于申报烟台市2024年度碳达峰碳中和专项资金的通知》。《通知》指出，专项资金的使用安排，重点支持烟台市国家碳达峰试点城市、智能低碳城市建设和碳达峰“十大工程”，加快生产生活方式绿色低碳转型。专项资金申报包括“清洁能源综合利用示范”、“工业节能降碳技术改造示范、碳服务及蓝绿碳汇”、“生态价值实现示范”、“双碳试点示范”、“双碳宣传及管理”等9个方向，其中“碳服务及蓝绿碳汇、生态价值实现示范”、“双碳试点示范”、“双碳宣传及管理”这3个申报方向资金支持最高达50万元。

                  微软：再次刷新碳信用额度购买记录
                  近日，微软与巴西投资集团BTG Pactual Timberland Investment Group（TIG）宣布，双方签署了一项大规模、长期的基于自然的碳去除协议，微软将购买TIG在拉丁美洲通过重新造林和恢复战略产生的800万吨碳信用额，直至 2043 年。根据 MSCI 碳市场数据，该协议是目前已知的最大一笔二氧化碳去除信用交易。
                  此外，微软近日还与美国农业技术公司Indigo Ag达成协议，从公司2017年发布的第三种碳作物中购买4万吨农业土壤碳信用额度，Indigo Ag称，这是公司向单个买家交易的最大一笔碳信用额度。
