          中国日报网3月15日电 中国正以创新动能与超大规模市场优势，为全球企业创造发展新机遇。在3月14日由中国日报社主办、中国日报社企业传播中心和中国对外政务信息服务平台等承办的第八期“CEO：与中国共成长”对话活动中，多位经济学家与跨国企业高管一致表示，中国完全有能力实现2025年“5%左右”的年度经济增长目标，因其市场持续释放的消费潜力、人工智能引领的产业变革、以及精准有效的政策支持，正在为经济高质量发展构筑起创新驱动、内生增长的稳固基座。
          在今年十四届全国人大三次会议上，政府工作报告明确提出2025年经济增长预期目标为“5%左右”。报告指出，该目标既是稳就业、防风险、惠民生的需要，也有经济增长潜力和有利条件支撑，并与中长期发展目标相衔接，突出迎难而上、奋发有为的鲜明导向。
          中国社会科学院世界经济与政治研究所助理研究员林屾认为：中国经济的超大规模市场、持续增强的创新实力，以及促消费、育新业的政策组合，为达成年度目标提供了三重保障。他强调，当前经济结构正经历新旧动能转换，以人工智能赋能为代表的新质生产力已深度融入制造业与实体经济，而“应用场景的突破性进展将成为重要增长点”。
          德意志银行中国首席运营官欧雷（Ole Gerdau）表示，尽管外部市场地缘政治风波不断，但中国财政与货币政策的协同发力令人对中国今年的经济发展充满信心。他预测消费将贡献今年经济增长的三分之二，“以旧换新政策资金翻倍等举措，将有效激发市场活力”。谈及中国人工智能企业深度求索（DeepSeek）的崛起，Gerdau认为这重塑了全球对中国创新能力的认知：“这预示着国际资本将迎来加码中国的重要转折点。”
          近来，中国创新突破成功案例密集涌现，与此同时，政策层面也在持续释放积极信号，助力中国经济实现高质量发展。国家发展改革委近期宣布设立国家创业投资引导基金，预计撬动近万亿元社会资本；中国人民银行明确将适时运用存款准备金率、利率等工具，为实体经济注入金融活力。资本市场对此作出积极回应，3月14日周五上证综指收涨1.81%，创业板指飙升2.8%。
          英国航空发动机制造商罗尔斯罗伊斯大中华区总裁王璀用“不止于市场”定义中国价值。“中国对创新驱动型增长的关注使其继续成为对罗罗而言的一个重要国家，中国不仅仅是一个市场，更是罗罗全球供应链的重要组成部分，” 王璀表示。赛德思集团董事长王雷（Rani Jarkas）则强调，中国在算力、芯片、应用场景的全产业链布局，为人工智能发展提供了完整生态：“技术实力自会发声。
