                        中国作为全球纺织服装业的“世界工厂”，同时也在深刻影响着全球绿色供应链的发展。纺织服装行业绿色低碳转型已成为全球共识和大势所趋，产业绿色低碳转型正成为中国纺织类产品出海征途中化解国际贸易壁垒、获得业务增长的新机遇。

                        6月25日，在中国纺织品进出口商会与浙江省绍兴市柯桥商务局联合举办的中小微外贸企业培训会上，乐天堂fun88
CEO黄彦翔受邀参会，并分享了在我国“双碳”目标和国际绿色贸易规则的要求下，纺织品上下游企业如何抓住绿色转型增长新机遇。

                        此次培训会现场，数百家柯桥当地代表企业学习了纺织服装出口贸易经济与政策环境解读、ESG标准及绿色低碳认证等内容，柯桥商务局党组书记周雪峰，中国纺织品进出口商会纱线分会秘书长、面料分会秘书长王维东，纱线分会副秘书长、纺织部副主任韩啸，杭州银行绍兴分行行长助理傅崇寅等出席了培训会。
                        浙江省绍兴市柯桥区是历史悠久的纺织之乡，更是全国最具代表性的纺织产业集群基地。“十四五”时期，柯桥区更是定位为“国际纺织之都”，致力于将纺织产业打造成为具备全球影响力的产业集群。目前，柯桥已经形成全球最完备的现代纺织产业体系，贸易覆盖190多个国家和地区。2022年，柯桥纺织产业实现产值1296亿元、增长7.6%，占区规上工业总产值的55.8%；纺织品出口超1000亿元、占区出口总额的77.7%。
                        培训会上，中国纺织品进出口商会纺织部副主任韩啸在《纺织服装中间品全球竞争优势比较及双碳信息平台的作用》主题分享中指出，当前国际贸易领域正在重点围绕循环经济和绿色贸易展开。
                        近年来，欧盟持续推动循环经济、绿色贸易相关的一系列法案，目前已经推出了、、、《欧盟纺织品标签条例》等一揽子计划。

                        尤其值得纺织服装企业注意的是，2024年通过的《可持续产品生态设计法规》（Eco-design for Sustainable Products Regulation, ESPR）规定，在欧盟的第一个工作计划周期（2024-2027年）内，纺织品或将作为首批管控产品。具体来看，ESPR对进入欧盟市场的产品做出了在其生命周期内的总体碳足迹、环境足迹及产品数字护照等方面的要求，还将利用强制性绿色公共采购要求，刺激企业供应更低碳的生态设计产品。
                        柯桥的纺织产业绿色转型之路始终走在国内、国际前沿。从2010年开始，柯桥就启动实施了印染产业集聚升级工程，按照“绿色高端、世界领先”的定位，大力推进产业绿色转型，打造全省传统产业转型升级的“绍兴样板”。2023年底，柯桥区率先开启了纺织产业“碳足迹标识”认证试点工作，逐步建立与国内情况匹配、国际贸易认可的纺织产业“碳足迹标识”认证制度体系。
                        纺织服装产业如何抓住绿色转型增长新机遇？
                        在纺织品的出口贸易中，《可持续及循环纺织品战略》等国际绿色贸易规则日益严格。此外，欧盟拟修订《欧盟纺织品标签条例》，对纺织品及相关产品的物理和数字标签提出了全面要求，以确保向消费者提供准确、易懂和可比较的信息，尤其是与环境相关方面的信息。在纺织品和相关产品的标签方面，《欧盟纺织品标签条例》初步确定的三个主要问题中包括了纺织行业的环境(包括气候)可持续性。
                        纺织服装产业进行绿色转型已经刻不容缓，碳足迹认证将成为中国纺织类产品的出海必备选项。阿迪达斯、耐克、焦内等知名品牌商均已展开碳足迹行动，兰精、赛得利、UPW等面辅料供应商也纷纷投入减碳行动。
                        对于要进入欧美市场的纺织服装企业来说，对出口产品进行碳足迹核算并取得第三方权威认证证书，更有利于化解绿色贸易壁垒，促进国际业务订单。
                        国内纺织企业在应对国际绿色贸易壁垒方面已经做出积极行动。作为头部国有外贸企业，东方国际集团荣恒公司推出的VICTORIA SFTB无钢丝文胸产品严格按照最新的国际碳中和标准ISO 14068-1实现碳中和，并在乐天堂fun88

                        随着全球纺织服装行业绿色低碳转型的进程加速，数字化技术将助力纺织服装企业更加顺利地应对国际绿色贸易壁垒，抓住增长新机遇，在绿色转型的道路上行稳致远。
