                  12月13日至15日，“预测与战略暨2024全球财富管理论坛”在北京举行，中国央行研究局局长王信在论坛上表示，应推动绿色低碳转型投资，为稳增长注入新动能。他提到，目前央行正在研究扩大碳减排支持工具的规模和使用范围，下一步也会考虑适时将转型贷款纳入结构性货币政策工具支持范围。
                  香港：发布《可持续披露路线图》
                  12月19日，香港推出《香港可持续披露路线图》（公众号后台回复报告名即可获取报告电子版），阐明香港要求公众责任实体采用国际财务报告可持续披露准则（ISSB准则）的方针，并就不迟于2028年大型公众责任实体全面采用ISSB准则提供清晰的路径。

                  近日，瑞士政府将针对一系列新的提案征求意见，包括要求公司提供符合瑞士2050年净零排放目标的计划，并规定气候相关报告需基于ISSB或欧盟可持续发展报告（ESRS）等标准。征求意见将截止于2025年3月，修正案计划于2026年实施。
                  加拿大：到2035年将温室气体排放减少45%-50%
                  12月12日，加拿大政府宣布了新的2035年温室气体减排目标，即比2005年的温室气体排放量减少45-50%。该目标以加拿大2030年目标为基础，即比2005年排放量减少40%-45%。

                  12月9日，广东省发展改革委印发《广东省推进粤港澳大湾区产品碳足迹认证试点建设方案》。《方案》提出推进产品碳足迹认证工作，包括有序引导和规范认证机构开展产品碳足迹认证有关工作；围绕出口企业贸易需求和高碳排放企业降碳需要，开展电池、光伏、纺织品、电子信息、家用电器、新能源汽车、电机、变压器、压缩机、家具家装等重点产品碳足迹标识认证试点；鼓励企业按照市场化原则自愿开展产品碳足迹标识认证，引导其在产品或包装物、广告等位置标注和使用碳足迹标识，引导绿色消费和企业节能降碳等重点内容。
                  江苏省科技厅：大力发展碳足迹标识认证等新型机构
                  12月7日，江苏省科学技术厅：印发《关于加快培育壮大现代高科技服务业的若干政策措施》。《措施》主要包括3个方面14条具体措施。其中在绿能降碳方面，《措施》提出，紧紧抓住降碳、减污、扩绿、增长，大力发展碳足迹标识认证、数字能源管理、能源互联网以及第三方合同能源管理等新兴机构，积极推广节能咨询、诊断、设计、融资、 改造、托管、法律等“一站式”综合服务模式。

                  宁德时代：将与Stellantis集团在西班牙合资建设碳中和电池工厂
                  12月10日，宁德时代与Stellantis集团共同宣布——双方将各持股50%成立一家合资企业，在西班牙萨拉戈萨建设一座大型磷酸铁锂电池工厂，投资高达41亿欧元。该工厂计划于2026年底开始生产，规划年产能可达50吉瓦时。同时，该工厂将按照完全碳中和标准设计，目前该投资计划正稳步推进中。
