的「乐天堂fun88碳足迹数字化平台」成为上海市浦东新区气候投融资项目库（以下简称“气候投融资项目库”）第一批入选实施库的项目。
                        在实现“双碳”目标的过程中，气候投融资正步入加速发展的阶段。
                        2020年10月，生态环境部等五部门共同发布了《关于促进应对气候变化投融资的指导意见》，对气候投融资整体工作做出系统部署。
                        2021年12月，生态环境部、国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部、住房和城乡建设部、人民银行、国务院国资委、国管局、银保监会、证监会联合开展气候投融资试点工作，并发布了《气候投融资试点工作方案》。
                        2022年8月，生态环境部等部门联合发布了《气候投融资试点名单》，上海市浦东新区成为全国首批23个气候投融资试点地区之一。2023年，浦东新区成立了气候投融资促进中心，统筹推进试点建设，搭建了“上海市浦东新区气候投融资试点服务平台”，打通了上海绿色金融项目库共享路径，稳步推进气候投融资项目入库及产融对接。
                        2024年9月，《上海市浦东新区气候投融资项目库管理暂行办法》和《上海市浦东新区气候投融资项目入库评价实施意见（试行）》两份规范性文件的发布，为气候投融资试点的平稳运行发展提供了明确、规范的政策制度保障。
                        自2023年12月起，上海市浦东新区正式启动了气候投融资项目库公开征集与入库工作。截至目前，上海市浦东新区气候投融资试点服务平台已纳入项目63个，意向融资总额已达29亿元，项目主要集中在低碳能源、低碳农业、低碳技术、低碳服务和适应气候变化等领域。
                        上海市浦东新区生态环境局通过定性和定量相结合的评价方法，对相关项目的气候效益、经济效益、社会效益以及环境协同效益进行全面的事前综合性评价及事后绩效跟踪。
                        经项目征集、符合性评价、综合性预审及专家论证等程序，乐天堂fun88
