                    12月5日，中共中央、国务院办公厅印发《关于推进新型城市基础设施建设打造韧性城市的意见》。《意见》提出，加强城市物流配送设施的规划、建设、改造，建设集约、高效、智慧的绿色配送体系。培育智能建造产业集群，打造全产业链融合一体的智能建造产业体系，推动建筑业工业化、数字化、绿色化转型升级。
                    商务部：深入推进经贸领域高质量共建“一带一路”机制建设
                    12月5日，商务部新闻发言人何亚东在回答如何贯彻落实第四次“一带一路”建设工作座谈会相关部署时表示，将坚持“四个相结合”“三个统筹”，以及机制建设方面的“九个完善”，深入推进经贸领域高质量共建“一带一路”机制建设，不断拓展共赢发展新空间。其中，他指出要积极完善新兴领域国际交流合作机制，深化与共建国家在绿色发展、数字经济、蓝色经济及清洁能源、绿色矿产等领域合作。推动“丝路电商”合作提质升级，积极推进加入《数字经济伙伴关系协定》（DEPA）进程，加强各方政策交流与务实合作。

                    11月30日，网信办发布《数字化绿色化协同转型发展报告（2024）》，《报告》系统介绍了双化协同与产业体系深度融合的中国实践、呈现了全国区域双化协同实践与经验。《报告》显示，2023年江苏、广东、浙江、北京、上海、山东、河北、四川、湖北、福建等地区的双化协同水平位居全国前十。

                    12月2日，工业和信息化部节能与综合利用司在山东济南召开重点区域协调绿色发展工作座谈会。会议指出，下一步要坚决贯彻落实党中央、国务院的决策部署，落实国家区域重大战略和区域协调发展战略，加快调整优化产业结构、推广重大绿色低碳技术、培育绿色发展新动能，切实推动区域制造业绿色低碳转型。

                    12月5日，北京市经济和信息化局印发《北京市新型储能产业发展实施方案（2024—2027年）》，提出大力推进绿色低碳技术创新及应用，推进新型储能企业建立碳足迹管理体系，构建全产业链绿色发展格局。
                    广东省人民政府：印发《广东省人民政府关于印发美丽广东建设规划纲要（2024—2035年）的通知》
                    12月3日，广东省人民政府发布《美丽广东建设规划纲要（2024—2035年）》，《纲要》围绕经济绿色低碳、环境洁净优美、生态良性循环等十大领域制定了“路线图”，并明确“绿色低碳发展国际典范”“北回归线独特生态明珠”“全球多元美丽展示窗口”三个美丽广东建设的战略定位。《纲要》提出，要建立健全碳排放权交易市场、碳标签、碳排放核算等体系，加强与国际衔接，积极应对碳关税等国际贸易壁垒。
                    山东省人民政府：结合省重点行业绿色低碳发展和外贸出口需求，推进碳足迹标识认证体系建设
                    11月29日，山东省人民政府公开征求《关于开展碳足迹试点的通知（征求意见稿）》意见，将结合省重点行业绿色低碳发展和外贸出口需求，推进碳足迹标识认证体系建设，推动有关认证机构和行业组织分行业制定认证实施规则，引导产业链头部企业开展认证，带动产业链上下游加强碳足迹管理；探索产品碳足迹相关知识产权要求纳入政府采购需求标准，鼓励公共采购、公众消费、绿色出行和碳普惠场景中优先采购和使用碳足迹较低产品，有序推进产品碳标识在消费品领域的推广应用，引导商场和电商平台等企业主动展示产品碳标识，鼓励消费者购买和使用低碳产品。
                    黑龙江省人民政府：推动冰雪旅游产品向高端化、智能化、绿色化、品牌化发展
                    12月4日，黑龙江省人民政府印发《黑龙江省关于以冰雪运动高质量发展激发冰雪经济活力的实施方案》，提出了优化发展冰雪旅游，着力提升市场化运营、标准化建设、规范化管理、智慧化赋能水平，推动旅游产品向高端化、智能化、绿色化、品牌化发展；培育冰雪领域专精特新中小企业，发挥政府投资基金、相关政策性资金引导作用，引导冰雪文化、冰雪旅游、冰雪运动、冰雪装备器材等专精特新中小企业加快数字化、网络化、智能化、绿色化转型。

                    12月4日，宁夏回族自治区人民政府办公厅发布关于印发《宁夏回族自治区加快构建碳排放双控制度体系重点任务落实方案》的通知，通过突出碳规划引领，强化地方碳考核，探索行业碳管控，完善企业碳管理，开展项目碳评价，加快产品碳核算，加强碳双控协调等措施，加快构建碳排放总量和强度双控（碳排放双控）制度体系。推行产品碳标识认证，组织有条件的地区、行业、园区、企业先行先试，按照成熟一批、推广一批的原则逐步推开，到2030年尽可能实现重点行业、重点产品碳标识认证全覆盖。

                    KION凯傲集团：将推动集团供应商制定SBTi目标
                    12月5日，全球领先的工业车辆和供应链解决方案提供商KION凯傲集团发文宣布，集团的气候目标已得到科学碳目标倡议 (SBTi) 的认可。包括集团短期目标：到2030年，在范围一和范围二的排放量将比基准年2021年减少42%；同时，到2030年，将减少25%的来自使用售出产品的范围三温室气体排放。此外，KION还承诺减少其供应链的温室气体排放。在此背景下，到2029年，占KION采购商品和服务排放总量5%或以上的供应商也将制定各自的SBTi目标。集团长期目标：承诺到2050年公司整个价值链中范围一、范围二和范围三的温室气体排放量至少比基准年2021年减少90%；集团还承诺，根据SBTi的要求，到2050年永久性抵消剩余不可避免的排放（不超过总量的10%），以实现净零温室气体排放目标。
