          近日，国际财务报告准则基金会（IFRS Foundation）发布了一份新指南（Applying IFRS S1 when reporting only climate-related disclosures in accordancewith IFRS S2），旨在帮助企业了解如何根据国际可持续发展准则理事会（ISSB）标准在适用时仅报告气候相关信息。该指南提到，在企业首次应用IFRS S1的年度报告期内，该企业可以仅披露与气候相关的风险和机遇信息（根据IFRS S2），因此只需遵循IFRS S1中与气候相关风险和机遇披露相关的要求。如果企业使用这一过渡期宽松措施，必须披露这一事实。

          山东省人民政府：印发《关于推动传统产业优化升级培育发展新质生产力的实施方案》
          2月11日，山东省人民政府印发《关于推动传统产业优化升级培育发展新质生产力的实施方案》。《方案》提出，完善绿色制造体系，建设绿色工厂、绿色工业园区、绿色供应链管理企业，到2027年，建成省级以上绿色工厂800家、绿色工业园区80个、绿色供应链管理企业200家以上。加强工业企业节能降碳减污、再生原料产品循环利用等标准研制，加快碳计量中心建设，大力推广节能产品等间接涉碳类认证，到2027年，探索开展300家企业碳足迹认证试点。
          山东省：将打造国际零碳岛，推动成立国际零碳岛屿联盟
          2月11日，山东省生态环境厅副厅长、新闻发言人伍其东在“抓改革创新 促高质量发展”主题系列新闻发布会中表示，2025年将推动重点领域合作，围绕应对气候变化，加强与太平洋岛国合作，打造国际零碳岛，推动成立国际零碳岛屿联盟。会上，山东省生态环境厅总工程师徐本亮也表示，山东省将进一步推进能源结构调整和产业绿色转型，持续做好碳市场履约工作，继续加强“两高”项目碳排放源头控制，严格执行碳排放减量替代政策，加强碳足迹核算及应用，推动项目使用低碳技术、工艺和设备。
          四川省：鼓励市（州）加大绿色低碳优势产业用能支持
          2月7日，四川省经济和信息化厅、中共四川省委金融委员会办公室、四川省发展和改革委员会等八部门联合发布《支持光伏制造业持续健康发展的若干措施》。《若干措施》提出，在2024年10月1日至2025年3月31日期间，鼓励市（州）加大绿色低碳优势产业用能支持，对符合条件的市（州），省级财政按照市（州）实际支出资金的35%给予支持，单个最高不超过3000万元；推动光伏制造企业通过环境管理体系、能源管理体系等认证，积极创建绿色工厂、零碳工厂并给予资金支持，打造绿色产业链供应链；推动光伏制造企业参与光伏行业绿色低碳相关标准的制修订工作；支持金融机构将产品碳足迹核算作为绿色金融服务的重要采信依据。

          2月5日，丰田汽车公司与上海市政府就共同助力中国社会绿色低碳发展相关举措达成合作意向。丰田决定在上海市金山区成立LEXUS雷克萨斯纯电动汽车及电池的研发·生产公司。双方将在相关部门的指导和支持下，由上海辐射至长三角地区及更广范围，开展包括物流网络、产业链上下游相关企业合作、氢能、智能自动驾驶、电池回收再利用等领域先进技术应用等各类举措，携手打造在中国乃至全球范围内具备影响力的碳中和引领典范项目，助力实现绿色低碳转型目标。
