Since its establishment, TECHSTORM has continuously pushed boundaries and achieved innovation. It has now become a high-end domestic brand in the field of adhesives for new energy vehicles and holds a leading market share in China's wind power resin and structural adhesive market. TECHSTORM is also a frontrunner in advanced composite systems. 02.  Material innovation 

helping wind power move towards "zero-carbon electricity"

Wind power is a clean energy source. For example, the V12 wind turbine produced by Goldwind has unit power generation carbon emissions of approximately 1% compared to traditional coal-fired power plants[1].

However, considering the entire lifecycle of a wind turbine from "cradle to grave," including the production of wind turbine components/raw materials, the manufacturing and assembly of the turbine, the transportation and on-site installation of large components, the 20+ years of operation and maintenance, and the dismantling, recycling, and reuse processes at the end of its service life[2], the carbon footprint of wind turbines is significant. This makes it a key factor in the transition towards "zero-carbon power."

Currently, many Western countries have begun to include carbon footprint as a mandatory requirement for wind power product bids, significantly impacting international wind power market access mechanisms. For instance, Enel, the Italian national electricity company, explicitly requires suppliers to provide carbon footprint information for wind turbine products during the bidding process, converting this information into scoring criteria and incorporating it into procurement decisions.

This indicates that both policy direction and market regulation are jointly shaping and improving the low-carbon ecological value chain. As highly integrated products, the low-carbon demands of end products like wind turbines will ultimately propagate upstream along the supply chain. Upstream companies involved in raw materials, electronic components, and manufacturing processes will be required to provide lower-carbon materials and components, as well as adopt lower-carbon production methods.
