Additionally, the company launched its first carbon neutrality smart electricity meter.

                  As a leading enterprise in China's low-voltage electrical industry and a pioneer in green transformation, Delixi Electric's three major production bases have obtained the "Green Factory" certification from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) as well as the Five-Star Zero-Carbon Factory certification. The company has also been certified as a "Green Supply Chain Management Enterprise" by the MIIT. By 2024, Delixi Electric achieved organizational-level carbon neutrality and has recently pioneered the industry's first carbon neutrality smart electricity meters—DDZY607-D Single-phase Tariff-controlled Smart Electricity Meter and DTZY607-D Three-phase Four-wire Tariff-controlled Smart Electricity Meter—turning the concept of carbon neutrality into reality and bringing carbon-neutral products into households across China, contributing to the country's high-quality development.

This certification verifies the reliability of the carbon footprint calculations for the electricity meter products while ensuring the compliance of their carbon neutrality achievement.

                  01. Delixi Electric leads green transformation, launching the industry’s first carbon neutrality smart electricity meter

                  The electrical equipment industry is a fundamental pillar of global green transformation, playing a critical role in promoting low-carbon energy transitions and decarbonizing industrial and building sectors. Meanwhile, as a high-energy-consuming manufacturing sector, the green transformation of electrical equipment manufacturers is also under intense scrutiny.

                  Based on the most recognized and stringent international carbon neutrality standard, ISO 14068, Delixi Electric obtained a product carbon neutrality certificate from TÜV SÜD, verifying the reliability of the carbon footprint calculations for its electricity meters and ensuring compliance with carbon neutrality regulations.

                  Through energy-saving and carbon reduction technological improvements as well as energy structure optimization, Delixi Electric successfully reduced the carbon footprint of its DDZY607-D Single-phase Tariff-controlled Smart Electricity Meter and DTZY607-D Three-phase Four-wire Tariff-controlled Smart Electricity Meter by 6.4% and 3.8%, respectively, compared to 2024. Carbon emissions from the manufacturing phase within Delixi Electric’s facilities have been further reduced, with these two products’ manufacturing emissions accounting for only 0.61% and 3.22% of their total emissions. Residual greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions were offset through carbon credit purchases, ultimately achieving carbon neutrality for the electricity meter products.

                  By producing carbon-neutral smart electricity meters, Delixi Electric has brought carbon-neutral products into households, enhancing consumer trust in the brand while further promoting a green, low-carbon lifestyle across society.

                  Additionally, to ensure full transparency and traceability of carbon data for supply chain partners and consumers, Delixi Electric has disclosed carbon data for its carbon-neutral smart electricity meters on the China Carbon Disclosure Platform for Machinery and Electronics, implementing a full-cycle carbon management process encompassing carbon footprint accounting, verification, and disclosure.

                  02. Decarbonizing the supply chain and driving industry-wide green transformation

                  Corporate strategic planning determines the prioritization of resource allocation. Delixi Electric recognizes the vital role of "green" in long-term corporate development, incorporating "Towards Zero Carbon" into its strategic roadmap and elevating it to a top priority. Upholding the core philosophy of "People-Oriented, Promoting Carbon Neutrality, and Building a Green Ecosystem," the company actively takes action to mitigate climate challenges while embedding green concepts into the entire product lifecycle, extending sustainability efforts to upstream and downstream ecosystem partners.

                  Delixi Electric has scientifically planned and committed to the "dual carbon" goals: achieving operational carbon neutrality by 2025 together with its upstream and downstream ecosystem partners (achieved a year earlier in 2024), achieving "zero-carbon readiness" in operations by 2030, achieving "end-to-end value chain carbon neutrality" by 2040, and attaining "net-zero emissions" across the entire value chain by 2050.

On one hand, we need to achieve energy electrification to gradually reduce reliance on fossil fuels. On the other hand, we must advance energy decarbonization and digitalization."

                  Delixi Electric: enabling a green product lifecycle

                  Although Delixi Electric has already led the industry in achieving organizational carbon neutrality, its ambition for "net zero" extends further. The company has proactively planned supply chain decarbonization by establishing a diversified green collaboration ecosystem and continuously developing a greener and more digitalized supply chain and manufacturing system, working together with industry partners to accelerate the green transformation of the sector and contribute to China's green and high-quality development.

                  Specifically, Delixi Electric assumes responsibility as a supply chain lead enterprise by establishing a green supply chain management system and implementing supplier zero-carbon projects (TZCP). Through these initiatives, it collaborates with and guides suppliers, customers, recyclers, and other partners along the industry chain toward systematic and in-depth low-carbon transformation.
