1月21日，由上海市商务委员会、宝山区人民政府指导，绿色低碳供应链公共服务平台主办，上海市外商投资协会协办的绿色贸易研讨班开班式暨第一期培训在宝山举办。
活动指出，上海市始终积极贯彻落实国家战略要求，在促进绿色可持续发展方面出台了一系列政策措施，探索建立与国际接轨的产品碳足迹管理体系和绿色低碳供应链体系。去年以来，根据市委、市政府的指示要求，市商务委积极开展绿色贸易相关研究和推动工作，近期商务部将出台发展绿色贸易的专项政策，市商务委也将全力做好贯彻落实和推进，不断提高企业绿色贸易规则应对能力建设。希望宝山在加快建设“全市绿色低碳转型样板区”的同时，充分发挥区内产业、供应链优势，在推动绿色低碳产业转型中发挥引领示范作用，为上海促进绿色贸易发展提供宝贵经验和实践样本。

CEO黄彦翔展开了以「国际绿色贸易体系下，外贸企业如何借助碳管理应对新机遇与挑战」为主题的演讲。
首先，黄彦翔就全球绿色低碳转型发展趋势以及我国双碳政策部署进行了背景介绍，并指出目前绿色低碳正成为企业的核心竞争力。随后，他分享了3C消费类电子、汽车、动力电池、化工、服装、美妆和运动等时尚消费品以及酒店等行业绿色低碳进展。在全球绿色贸易发展的趋势下，碳足迹逐渐成为中国各行业出口产品的必选项。以欧盟《碳边境调节机制（CBAM）》和《新电池法案》为例，前者将根据中国企业出口至欧盟的CBAM产品的碳排放水平征收碳税，后者则逐步要求企业提供碳足迹声明、加贴碳足迹性能等级标签、满足碳足迹阈值、提供电池护照。
