6月21日，工业和信息化部发布《2024年汽车标准化工作要点》，提出部署汽车绿色低碳标准。将持续开展乘用车、动力蓄电池等碳足迹、碳核算标准研究，加快道路车辆温室气体管理术语定义、产品碳足迹标识等基础通用标准制定，启动汽车产品碳足迹报告、汽车企业碳排放报告核查方法等标准预研，助力汽车产业绿色低碳发展。

6月14日，北京市发展和改革委员会印发《北京市促进环境社会治理（ESG）体系高质量发展实施方案》。《方案》目标到2027年，北京ESG高质量发展政策体系逐步完善，生态体系加快形成，在京上市公司ESG信息披露率力争达到70%左右。
上海2024陆家嘴论坛：持续增强国际金融中心竞争力影响力
6月19日，以“金融高质量发展推动世界经济增长”为主题的2024陆家嘴论坛在上海开幕，上海市委书记陈吉宁出席并致辞。陈吉宁表示，将聚焦实体经济，着力提升金融服务高质量发展的效率和水平。根据科技创新不同阶段资金需求，提供更加高效的金融支持，鼓励和撬动更多长期资本、耐心资本投早投小投硬科技。优化完善绿色金融标准，丰富绿色金融体系，构建碳足迹评价认证体系。以区块链技术为支撑，推动供应链金融创新发展，打造金融科技的集聚生态。结合高质量共建“一带一路”，更好服务企业“走出去”。在中国人民银行等部门指导下，创新跨境银团贷款等金融服务模式，联动专业服务机构为企业“走出去”提供全方位、全生命周期服务。
山东省发改委：公开征求《山东省绿色低碳高质量发展促进条例（草案征求意见稿）》意见
6月18日，山东省发展和改革委员会公开征求《山东省绿色低碳高质量发展促进条例（草案征求意见稿）》意见。《征求意见稿》指出，在低碳供应链服务方面，省人民政府生态环境、发展改革、商务、工业和信息化、市场监督管理等部门应当建立健全绿色低碳供应链管理服务体系，完善产品碳足迹相关核算评价体系、标准与计量体系、基础数据库，培育专业高效的评价认证和管理咨询服务机构。支持链主企业、行业组织和相关专业服务机构等加强对上下游产业链企业碳排放管理等方面的业务指导和咨询服务，鼓励和引导相关企业开展绿色低碳供应链管理。
辽宁省工信厅：发布《关于组织开展2024年度国家绿色制造名单推荐工作的通知》
6月18日，辽宁省工业和信息化厅发布《关于组织开展2024年度国家绿色制造名单推荐工作的通知》。本年度绿色制造名单推荐包括绿色工厂、绿色工业园区、绿色供应链管理企业。在绿色供应链管理企业方面，《通知》提出将优先推荐汽车、机械、电子、纺织、通信制造等行业以及供应商中绿色工厂数量多的龙头企业或汽车产品生产者责任延伸试点企业。
中共海南省委等部门：印发《谱写新征程美丽海南新篇章争当美丽中国示范样板实施方案》
6月17日，中共海南省委、海南省人民政府印发《谱写新征程美丽海南新篇章争当美丽中国示范样板实施方案》。《方案》指出要加快绿色低碳高质量发展，打造绿色低碳比较优势。向绿图强，锻造产业链、供应链绿色低碳竞争优势，增强海南产品在国际上的碳足迹竞争力。逐步构建海南重点行业产品碳足迹标识认证体系。鼓励相关项目通过购买绿证绿电进行可再生能源消费替代。依法依规支持各类企业特别是省内国有企业、外向型企业通过购买绿证、使用绿电实现绿色低碳高质量发展。推进与新加坡在绿色低碳领域的合作。构建以信用为基础的生态环境新型监管机制。创新完善封关运作后固体废物管理制度。探索逐步引进符合海南自由贸易港发展的国际绿色金融标准和业务，鼓励绿色金融产品和服务创新，开发环境、社会和公司治理（ESG）主题产品，支持符合条件的企业到境外发行绿色债券。加强国际高标准经贸规则生态环境领域对标研究。
广州市商务局：印发《广州市推动消费品以旧换新行动方案》
6月19日，广州市商务印发《广州市推动消费品以旧换新行动方案》。《方案》在家电以旧换新方面，将加大政策支持力度。引导金融机构为绿色智能低碳家电生产、销售企业提供针对性金融服务，加大对中小微企业的金融支持力度。指导各区将废旧家电回收设施纳入地方公共基础设施用地范围，保障合理用地需求及用地长期性和稳定性；强化家电标准支撑。鼓励企业主导和参与智能家电产品及核心部件相关国际标准制定，提升产品国际化水平。引导家电生产企业对照相关标准，加大绿色智能低碳家电供给，促进产业升级和产品绿色化转型。在家装厨卫换新方面，将加大政策支持力度。鼓励有条件的区支持居民开展旧房装修、厨卫局部改造和家居适老化改造，对购买绿色智能家具、绿色建材等绿色智能家居产品给予补贴。
常州市市监局等部门：印发《常州市产品碳足迹标识认证补贴实施细则》
6月17日，常州市市场监督管理局、常州市财政局两部门印发《常州市产品碳足迹标识认证补贴实施细则》，对产品碳足迹标识认证补贴制作出细节规定。《实施细则》提出，在常州市区依法登记注册的企业，需同时满足：1、企业参与国家或省动力电池、绿色建材碳足迹标识认证创新试点；2、产品认证机构具备相应资质和能力，依据在国家认监委备案的直接涉碳类认证规则开展认证；3、企业在2024年-2025年期间首次获得动力电池、绿色建材产品碳足迹标识认证证书三项条件，即可申请补贴资金。对符合条件的动力电池、绿色建材产品碳足迹标识认证获证企业，每张证书给予最高2万元补贴，单个企业累计最高补贴5万元。

6月14日，北京市顺义区发展和改革委公开征求《顺义区碳达峰实施方案（征求意见稿）》意见。《征求意见稿》提出大力推进制造业节能降碳，推动重点企业构建绿色制造体系，创建绿色工厂、绿色供应链，强化产品全生命周期绿色管理。
