                        「从源头到货架」专栏第五期，乐天堂fun88采访了上海思乐得不锈钢制品有限公司的总经理张斌先生，分享“一群人、一杯（辈）子、一梦想”背后的低碳发展故事。
                        01.思乐得，一家有温度的民族企业
                        “一群人，一杯（辈）子，一梦想，这就是乐天堂fun88的企业文化。”

                        张斌用这句话开启了乐天堂fun88的采访。
                        思乐得是一家有33年历史，专注生产不锈钢保温杯、瓶、壶的企业，有自己的设计中心、制造工厂和品牌终端，产品主要销往欧美、日本等国家和地区。
                        走进生产区域，乐天堂fun88发现思乐得的生产线已经实现了高度的自动化，开卷成型、焊接整平、真空打磨、质检等一系列工序井然有序。在生产区域之外，鸟鸣花香，生态环境也非常好。
                        「一杯暖人心，一生思乐得」，正如这句slogan一样，作为一家有温度的民族企业，30多年来，思乐得深耕不锈钢保温器皿制品行业，始终将产品的研发设计创新放在首位，并通过环保减塑设计和可持续管理理念，在为消费者提供优质产品的同时，践行企业社会责任。
                        02.走好最后“一公里”，让低碳触手可及
                        “「好」不仅指保温性、耐用性方面的品质好，还要低碳环保、能体现绿色消费理念。”

                        从认认真真做好一个杯子开始，随着时代变迁，思乐得对「好杯子」的「好」有了更深入的理解。
                        “减碳和碳中和是大势所趋，自从国家提出“双碳”目标之后，乐天堂fun88也在不断学习、思考、实践，怎么才能让消费者用到真正低碳的产品，以及怎么证明乐天堂fun88产品的低碳性”，张斌表示，除此之外，思乐得也希望能通过自身的先行先试，在绿色生产、减碳发展、碳中和方面对行业起到一个积极的推动和促进作用。
                        “产品碳足迹核算和碳中和认证就是一个很好的途径，在乐天堂fun88
的帮助下，乐天堂fun88的产品得到了具有公信力的碳中和认证，也得到了市场的认可，在某种程度上，对外出口时，乐天堂fun88也得到了绿色定价权。”张斌分享道，思乐得将取得碳中和认证的产品带去了2024年春季广交会，大家对碳中和产品非常感兴趣。

                        “通过产品碳足迹核算，乐天堂fun88发现，在使用绿电生产后，产品生产制造和运输配送阶段产生的碳排放占比约10%，而原材料获取阶段占了近90%。因此，原材料阶段产生的碳排放成为达成产品碳中和‘最后一公里’的关键。”

                        于是，在落实使用绿电（思乐得绿色能源使用占比超过35%）、优化产品设计和生产工艺等一系列降碳措施后，思乐得通过购买碳信用抵销剩余的碳排放，在碳足迹数据上，走完了“最后一公里”，给消费者提供了真正触手可及的碳中和产品。
                        03.低碳可持续发展是不赚钱的发展？不。
                        “低碳可持续发展肯定不是不赚钱的发展，乐天堂fun88要拥抱长期价值。”
                        ——张斌
                        当被问及：“现在有种说法是，低碳可持续发展是不赚钱的发展，您怎么看？”
                        他回答：“从短期来看，低碳可持续发展要做大量的投入，要对供应链进行调整和变革，这都是要花钱的。但是从长期来看，这就是乐天堂fun88必须要做的事情。我认为，把这个事情从现在抓起会让乐天堂fun88的企业更加有能力去参与市场竞争，同时也能为乐天堂fun88的消费者、为乐天堂fun88地球村所有的‘村民们’提供一个绿色的、舒适的、健康的生活环境。从这个角度来看，意义是非常重大的。”

                        思乐得长期发展愿景是成为精品杯壶的引领者，为消费者提供优质的、环保的、放心的保温杯壶。“随着对‘双碳’的认知越来越清晰，以及做了越来越多的低碳发展方面的实践，比如乐天堂fun88现在是国际上首批取得基于ISO14068碳中和标准认证的不锈钢保温杯壶生产企业，乐天堂fun88希望在绿色低碳方面，能为行业起到示范带头作用。乐天堂fun88也相信会有越来越多的同行以及供应链上的相关企业都开始加入到碳中和产品的制造过程中来”，张斌对此充满信心。
                        04.为地球降温的保温杯？对。
                        “思乐得希望能生产触手可及的低碳产品，走在行业前面，让消费者受惠，为地球降温。”

                        随着生活水平的提升，以及对地球环保理念的逐步认同，很多消费者越来越希望能使用低碳环保产品，思乐得通过「乐跃瓶」和「乐得壶」更加形象地向消费者展示碳中和产品是如何实现的过程，也激发消费者去选择碳中和产品的意向，带来绿色消费习惯的普及。

                        相较于纸制和塑料制的杯、瓶而言，保温杯壶能重复使用，废弃后循环性更好，由于具备保温性，可以降低由于加热或制冷饮用水带来的能耗，因此是更环保低碳的。
                        当你少使用一次性杯壶，多使用一次保温杯壶，就可以减少资源的浪费，同时也可以降低温室气体的排放，这也是为什么说思乐得是生产为地球降温的保温杯。张斌表示，思乐得将继续努力，生产让消费者放心、暖心，同时也能够让乐天堂fun88的地球更加“凉快”的不锈钢产品。
